Welcome to Orenda TRE®
What is TRE®?
Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple yet effective series of exercises that initiate a neurogenic tremor from the brainstem, to assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. It is taught as a self-help process to be used regularly or when the body needs it. These tremors occur naturally in everyday life, but we have learnt to suppress this mechanism and as a result our bodies hold onto these events which could lead to pain and disease.
This is a natural response from the Nervous System to release, from the body, the chemicals produced for the Fight/Flight/Freeze once the event is over.
If activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
The founder of this amazing technique is Dr David Berceli, PhD. www.traumaprevention.com.
Are you anxious, stressed, frustrated, fearful, angry, depressed, irritable, worried, restless, sleep deprived and/or suffer from unexplained aches and pains. TRE® is a different approach to alleviate these symptoms?
